Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of our exceptional dining experience! Duties Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements, providing a friendly and professional first impression Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience through excellent customer service Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards Coordinate with kitchen staff using OpenTable or other reservation systems to optimize seating flow during busy hours Requirements Previous restaurant or food service experience, including fine dining or nightclub settings preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math for cashiering tasks Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience in upselling, serving alcohol responsibly if applicable, and managing guest inquiries effectively Join us if you're passionate about delivering memorable dining experiences!
