Hourly plus Tips Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and experienced Server to join our vibrant restaurant team! As a key member of our food service staff, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, expert food and beverage knowledge, and a welcoming attitude. Your culinary experience and strong customer service skills will help create memorable dining moments for our guests. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all details are correct Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction Assist with food handling, sanitation, and food safety protocols to uphold cleanliness standards Support other team members by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and assisting with food preparation when needed Requirements Proven experience as a Server in a restaurant or food industry setting, preferably with fine dining experience Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations and order management Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Culinary experience or background in food handling, food safety, and sanitation practices Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining guest satisfaction Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and bill splitting Previous host/hostess or serving experience is a plus; familiarity with food preparation and kitchen operations is beneficial Join us to deliver outstanding service in a lively environment where your enthusiasm makes every guest feel special!
