This role is all about creating a lively, welcoming atmosphere for our guests while delivering top-notch service in a fast-paced, fun environment. Whether you're taking orders, recommending specials, or ensuring every guest leaves happy, your enthusiasm and attention to detail will make all the difference. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems like Aloha or Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct entry. Make thoughtful suggestions and upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness. Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately at the end of each shift. Support food safety and sanitation standards by following proper food handling procedures and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas. Assist with bussing tables, resetting stations, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations during busy nights. Skills Previous experience in food service or hospitality, especially in nightlife settings like nightclubs, is highly valued. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order entry and management. Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and the ability to build guest relations. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy late-night hours. Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations within the food industry. Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and sales upselling techniques.
