Part-Time Server - Upscale Fine Dining (Eagle, ID) We are an established, environment driven fine dining restaurant in Eagle, Idaho looking for a part-time server (Wednesday through Saturday) who genuinely loves people. Our guests come back for the environment and stay loyal because of the people who serve them. The right person for this role remembers a guest's anniversary, their wine, their dietary preferences, and the name of their grandson, and uses all of it without making it feel like a script. What the role looks like 4 shifts per week , Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday typically dinner service with some flex shifts for Wednesday afternoon. Steady, predictable schedule. Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays off. Small, tight team. You'll know every guest who walks in within your first month. A menu and wine list that change with the seasons we'll teach you everything you need to know. What we're looking for Prior serving experience (fine dining preferred, but exceptional candidates from upscale-casual will be considered) Comfort with multi-course pacing, wine service, and table-side professionalism Genuine warmth - the kind that makes a first-time guest feel like a regular Reliability. We schedule lean, so every shift counts.
