FULL TIME

experienced, dependable Servers to provide excellent guest service in a fast-paced elevated bar & grill environment. This role is responsible for delivery food and preparing quality beverages, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and ensuring every guest has a positive, efficient experience. The right candidate is confident, personable, and thrives in a high-energy setting. This location is a completely renovated mountain resort featuring a range of amenities, including a bar, grill, golf course, and RV park.

Job Details:

Provide friendly, attentive, high quality service from greeting to payment Prepare and serve beverages accurately and efficiently Take food and drink orders with strong menu knowledge Manage multiple tables and guests during high volume periods Maintain a clean, organized work stations Follow all alcohol service laws and standards Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment

Qualifications:

Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure Comfortable handling cash and POS systems Knowledge of basic service standards Weekend and evening availability A good communication skillset

Valid Drivers License Physical Requirements:

Be able to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8-12 hours per shift Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds Ability to perform frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching throughout the shift Manual dexterity to handle glassware, bar tools, and POS systems Ability to respond to visual and audible queues Ability to read tickets, labels, and recipes
