Applications currently being accepted for the following employment opportunities in the Riverside Hotel's food and beverage operations including The Riverside Grill, Sapphire Room and Bar365: AM Server Assistant - PT/FT Serve guests, side work, and other duties as assigned by supervisor. Minimum qualifications : At least six months of customer service experience required; cash handling experience is a plus. Barista experience is a bonus. Answer incoming phone calls professionally and promptly. Assist in setting up and breaking down buffets and salad bars, ensuring kitchen staff is notified when replenishments are needed. Complete side work as assigned by the supervisor. Ability to stand for extended periods, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Must be able to lift up to 25-30 pounds and perform frequent walking, bending, twisting, and reaching. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Exceptional customer service skills with a positive attitude. Experience with cleaning tables, supporting servers, and assisting with room service delivery is preferred. Dependable work history and flexibility in scheduling are essential.
