Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with precision and integrity Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Ensure guest relations are positive by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality Ability to multitask effectively with strong time management skills in a high-energy environment Familiarity with food handling, sanitation standards, and basic math for accurate transactions Previous host/hostess or serving experience is a plus, along with culinary or kitchen experience Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining professionalism Join us to be part of a dynamic team where your energy makes a difference!
