Many locals remember us as El Gallo Giro, but in 2015, we renamed the restaurant to honor the man who helped make it a community favorite—Enrique. Enrique is a hands-on owner who leads by example, working alongside his team and supporting them every step of the way. Our guests walk through our doors with high expectations, and our mission is simple: meet or exceed those expectations every single time. We are looking for a friendly, motivated server who enjoys creating great guest experiences. If you love working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering excellent service, we would love to meet you. As a server at Enrique's, you'll be part of a supportive team dedicated to making every guest feel welcome and ensuring they leave with a memorable dining experience. In addition to your hourly wage, you will also earn tips. What You'll Do Prepare tables with attention to cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation Take guest orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly Learn the menu and confidently recommend dishes, drinks, and desserts Upsell menu items when appropriate to enhance the guest experience Communicate orders clearly with kitchen and bar staff, including special requests or dietary needs Work closely with fellow team members to provide smooth and efficient service Keep tables organized by clearing dishes, refilling water, and anticipating guest needs Handle guest questions or concerns professionally and with a positive attitude Present checks and process payments accurately What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills Ability to work well in a team environment Strong communication and attention to detail A positive attitude, even during busy shifts Willingness to learn the menu and provide helpful recommendations Why Work at Enrique's?
