We're looking for a hardworking, positive, and dependable Server Assistant to help create an exceptional dining experience for every guest. As a Server Assistant, you'll work alongside our servers and management team to keep service running smoothly by maintaining clean tables, delivering food, assisting with guest needs, and supporting the overall flow of the restaurant. This is a fast-paced position with opportunities to learn, grow, and advance within our team. What You'll Do Support servers throughout service Deliver food promptly and accurately Pre-bus and reset tables efficiently Refill water and assist with guest requests Maintain a clean and organized dining room Assist with opening and closing side work Work closely with servers, bartenders, hosts, and managers to provide exceptional hospitality What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Team-first mentality Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills Attention to detail Weekend and evening availability preferred Restaurant experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person Why Nick's Italian?
