Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and food safety standards to answer guest questions confidently Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and sanitation tasks to support smooth restaurant operations Ensure compliance with sanitation regulations and proper food handling procedures at all times Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while multitasking seamlessly Skilled in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities without pressure Experience with OpenTable reservations management is a plus Knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation standards in the food industry Background in culinary arts or kitchen experience is advantageous but not required Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members Basic math skills for handling bills, making change, and processing transactions accurately Embark on a rewarding journey where your passion for hospitality meets energetic teamwork!
