Job Summary Join our vibrant Scotties team as a Donut Server, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable experiences for every guest. In this role, serve freshly baked donuts, and provide exceptional customer service that keeps customers coming back. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will help foster a welcoming environment, ensuring each visitor enjoys top-quality products and friendly interactions. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in food service within a lively setting. $10/hr base pay $5/hr average credit tips (automatically added to your paycheck) PLUS daily cash tips on top of that! Duties Handle food preparation tasks, including serving freshly baked donuts and other baked goods with care and efficiency. Operate POS system to process transactions accurately while managing cash handling responsibilities. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders promptly, and addressing any questions or concerns professionally. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards across the café area, including food handling, sanitation, and proper food storage practices. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality or safety. Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and ensuring the café remains inviting clean and well-organized. Requirements Experience with POS systems to facilitate smooth transactions. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests. Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods.
