The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of the food and beverage industry. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable dining experience, from taking orders to delivering food and drinks with precision and care. Duties Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, to enhance guest experience. Upsell menu items to increase sales while ensuring guest satisfaction. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our fine dining standards. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math for processing payments. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, adhering to food safety standards. Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for new guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism to foster positive guest relations. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables during peak hours. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation protocols is essential.
