In this dynamic role, you will serve food and beverages with enthusiasm, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold the highest standards of food safety and sanitation. Your ability to manage multiple tables efficiently while providing exceptional customer service will be key to your success. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a lively environment that values teamwork, professionalism, and a passion for the food industry. Duties Greet guests warmly and present menus confidently, offering recommendations and upselling opportunities to enhance their experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS system Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining attention to detail and presentation standards Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction throughout their visit Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures, while maintaining accountability Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning service areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed during busy periods or special events in fine dining or nightclub settings Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including serving, hosting, or bussing roles Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and ability to engage guests positively Ability to manage time effectively in fast-paced settings while multitasking across multiple tables or stations Basic math skills for accurate check splitting, cash handling, and sales transactions Previous experience in fine dining or nightclub environments is a plus but not required; culinary experience is valued for understanding menu items and food prep processes Strong communication skills combined with a professional appearance and demeanor Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality.
