We are seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Server in our Supportive Living. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the food industry, learn new skills, and be part of a dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests upon arrival and seat them in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage the dining area, including handling phone calls, and responding to guest inquiries.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking supplies.
  • Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and presented according to our high standards.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages as needed, including meal preparation, food handling, and plating.
  • Monitor and maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Assist with bussing tables and clearing areas as needed.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, providing excellent customer service at all times.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a dining or hospitality setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Familiarity with food preparation and meal planning.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, and stand for extended periods of time.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Food Handler Certification Skills:
  • Dietary aide experience
  • Food handling and preparation skills
  • Knowledge of dietary department practices
  • Experience in the food industry
  • Strong food safety and sanitation skills
  • Ability to bus tables and maintain a clean environment
  • Meal preparation skills
  • Sanitation knowledge and skills
Pay:
$15.00 per hour
