We are seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Server in our Supportive Living. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the food industry, learn new skills, and be part of a dynamic team.Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and seat them in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage the dining area, including handling phone calls, and responding to guest inquiries.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking supplies.
- Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and presented according to our high standards.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages as needed, including meal preparation, food handling, and plating.
- Monitor and maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist with bussing tables and clearing areas as needed.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, providing excellent customer service at all times.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a dining or hospitality setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Familiarity with food preparation and meal planning.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, and stand for extended periods of time.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Food Handler Certification Skills:
- Dietary aide experience
