Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Waitress/Waiter to join our vibrant dining team. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, and feedback professionally Assist with food handling, sanitation, and kitchen coordination to ensure food safety standards are met Clear tables efficiently, bus tables as needed, and prepare dining areas for incoming guests Use reservation management platforms like OpenTable to coordinate seating arrangements effectively Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and dietary options to assist guests confidently Support team members with basic math for cash handling and POS transactions Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Experience in fine dining or upscale restaurants will be advantageous Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs gracefully Ability to manage time effectively during busy service hours in a dynamic setting Experience with upselling techniques and sales-driven approaches to enhance guest satisfaction Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality!
