Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, bus tables as needed, and ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly. Manage reservations through platforms like OpenTable and assist with guest relations to foster a welcoming environment. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations swiftly.
