Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring efficient processing Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive dining experience Assist with food handling, basic food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Utilize reservation systems like OpenTable to manage seating arrangements and optimize table turnover Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is a plus Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and warmly Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance guest experience and revenue Solid time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience with culinary tasks, food preparation, bussing, and basic math for cash handling and cashiering Ability to work collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail This role is perfect for motivated individuals passionate about hospitality who thrive on creating memorable moments for guests.
