Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Runner to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their meals promptly and efficiently while providing exceptional customer service. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for the food industry. Duties Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area in a timely manner. Assist servers by bussing tables and ensuring that dining areas are clean and organized. Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to answer guest inquiries effectively. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment and presentation. Support catering events as needed, ensuring all food is presented beautifully and served efficiently. Uphold food handling safety standards and maintain cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs and concerns promptly. Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, with a focus on restaurant or hotel environments. Familiarity with food handling practices and kitchen operations is highly desirable. Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with team members and guests. Experience in bussing, cleaning, serving, or catering will be advantageous for this role.
