Role:

Join the vibrant team at Maize in Champaign, IL, as a Front of House Team Member! This exciting role involves engaging with customers, ensuring a smooth drive-thru experience, and delivering delicious food with a smile.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers at the cashier and drive-thru with a friendly demeanor. Accurately process transactions and handle cash with precision. Efficiently manage drive-thru orders to ensure timely service. Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure food is delivered promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism. Assist with food running duties to ensure a seamless dining experience. Support team members during peak hours to enhance service efficiency.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred. Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude are essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing. Team-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service. Food handler's certification is a plus but not required. Must be at least 16 years old to apply.
