Responsibilities Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and efficient manner during banquet events. Set up and break down event spaces, including arranging tables, linens, and service stations. Assist with food handling, ensuring proper food safety and hygiene standards are maintained throughout service. Buss tables promptly to keep the dining area clean and organized for ongoing service. Support catering staff with food preparation and replenishment as needed during events. Engage with guests to answer questions about menu items and accommodate special requests or dietary needs. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event flow and exceptional guest experiences. Requirements Previous experience in food industry roles such as catering, restaurant service, or hospitality is highly desirable. Knowledge of food handling, safety regulations, and proper serving techniques. Strong guest service skills with an approachable attitude and excellent communication abilities. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in fast-paced event settings. Experience with banquet service, food preparation, or coffee service is a plus.
