We are hiring servers, bussers, and hosts for our two location in Streeterville and Lakeview. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting customers and assisting with various front-of-house operations to enhance the overall guest experience. Duties Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow. Provide menus and explain daily specials or promotions to guests. Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff. Address guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including dining spaces and waiting areas. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery. Assist in training new staff members on front-of-house procedures and customer service standards. Experience Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required; we value a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
