We are looking for people who are enthusiastic, experienced, and good with customers to help foster a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and eager to return. This position offers an opportunity to hone your skills in hospitality while working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive service Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS and OpenTable, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation, sanitation, and food safety Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for bills and tips Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards Address guest inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and ensure overall satisfaction Skills Bilingual; Fluent in both Spanish and English Verifiable experience in food service or restaurants Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude Effective time management skills; prioritize tasks during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail Ability to upsell menu items confidently Previous host/hostess or serving experience preferred We're looking for people who can work ASAP!
