Join our team as a Server Assistant and be an integral part of our dynamic hospitality environment. As a Server Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the seamless operation of our restaurant or banquet service. - Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and efficiently.
- Set up dining areas, including tables, chairs, linens, and table settings.
- Clear tables and ensure a clean and tidy dining environment for guests.
- Refill water glasses and attend to any additional requests from guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and service areas.
- Follow food safety standards and procedures at all times.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to enhance the overall dining experience.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a restaurant, hotel, or banquet setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of POS systems for order processing is a plus.
- Familiarity with food handling procedures and culinary terminology.
- Understanding of food safety guidelines and practices.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
