In this position, you will provide exceptional service while ensuring smooth and efficient food and beverage execution during banquets, weddings, conferences, and special events. This is an on-call role requiring flexible availability, with a preference for Fridays and Saturdays and Sundays. Responsibilities Provide professional and timely food and beverage service (plated, family-style, and buffet service) Maintain cleanliness by clearing tables, refilling beverages, and resetting as needed Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and event coordinators to ensure seamless service Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their experience Follow all food safety and sanitation standards Qualifications Prior banquet or hospitality experience required Experience with plated dinners, buffets, and family-style service preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and guest service skills Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Friday-Saturday preferred) Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
