Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Food Runner Busser and become an essential part of delivering exceptional dining experiences! In this energetic role, you will support the front-of-house team by ensuring seamless service flow, maintaining a clean and inviting environment, and assisting with food delivery and guest needs. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable moments for our guests, fostering a lively and welcoming atmosphere. Deliver food promptly from the kitchen to guests' tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean and inviting dining area Assist servers by bussing tables, refilling water glasses, and providing additional guest support as needed Support food preparation tasks such as plating or garnishing under the guidance of kitchen staff Maintain cleanliness in service areas, including side stations, dining rooms, and hallways Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS to ensure smooth service flow Uphold food safety standards by handling food properly and adhering to sanitation protocols Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and proper sanitation practices Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and assist guests effectively Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during busy shifts Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Familiarity with banquet service, bussing, or kitchen experience is advantageous A positive attitude with excellent customer service skills to create welcoming guest interactions Join us in creating lively dining experiences where teamwork, energy, and hospitality shine!
