• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Enter orders into the

TOAST POS

system

• Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness of the dining area
• Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate food preparation and delivery
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally

• Skills:

• Experience using the

TOAST POS

system or similar point-of-sale software

• Strong upselling skills to increase sales and enhance the guest experience
• Knowledge of proper sanitation practices in a food service setting
• Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive dining experience
• Familiarity with the food industry, including food preparation and safety standards
• Basic math skills for accurately handling payments and making change
