Job Description

Overview Join our vibrant team as a Server/Host, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable dining experiences for our guests. This dynamic role combines welcoming guests with hosting responsibilities and delivering exceptional food service. You'll be the first point of contact, setting the tone for an enjoyable visit, while also assisting in food and beverage service to ensure customer satisfaction. Whether managing reservations or serving with enthusiasm, your positive attitude will help foster a lively, upscale atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage reservation bookings using OpenTable or similar systems Escort guests to their tables, ensuring a smooth and welcoming seating process Take accurate orders using POS systems and communicate effectively with kitchen staff Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation Assist in bussing tables, cleaning, and resetting dining areas to uphold cleanliness standards Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and fostering guest relations Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately during check-out processes, including basic math calculations for bills Qualifications Previous experience as a Host/Host or Server in a restaurant setting.(Preferred not required) Familiarity with POS systems Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining genuine guest engagement Culinary or kitchen experience is a plus for better understanding of food preparation and presentation Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that enhances guest experiences Basic math skills for cashiering and transaction accuracy Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering top-tier hospitality.
