Job description: Looking for Servers to work at a neighborhood restaurant/bar in Elgin. Need to be able to work at least 3 to 4 days a week. Schedule able to adjust with availabilty. Bassets Certificate required & Food Handlers certificate within 30days of hire. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. experience in service industry is a plus, we will train. Reporting to the restaurant manager, you will utilize your core skills in POS systems, food service, and food safety to take orders and serve food efficiently. Your premium skills, including experience with pos Systems & shift 4 POS, will aid in managing transactions smoothly. With a focus on sanitation and guest services, you will ensure a welcoming atmosphere while adhering to food handling regulations. Join us to be a vital part of our team in a vibrant dining setting. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Operate the POS system efficiently to process transactions and manage orders. Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards while handling food and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation. Assist in training new staff members on restaurant procedures and customer service expectations.

Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
