POSITION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for serving of food to exceed the expectations of our Residents and customers.

Residents Resident Family and visitors Employees Investors Vendors

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide exceptional customer service Understand menu items Take food orders Serve food and beverages to residents and customers Clean tables and dining rooms Set tables and fold flatware Follow daily and monthly cleaning checklists Wash dishes Maintain kitchen and dining rooms are in a clean and orderly condition

REQUIREMENTS

Commitment to exceptional customer service Ideal candidate will have serving experience Works well independently or as part of a team Strong attention to detail Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude when handling all situations Adhere to the policies and procedures of the community Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends Appropriate permits, where applicable

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Long hours are sometimes required, ability to work flexible schedule Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to lift 25 pounds on a regular basis and push or pull up to 75 pounds Good manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment
