Job description Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Server you will play a dual role in providing excellent customer service in both the dining and bar areas. Your primary responsibilities will include serving food and beverages to guests, preparing drinks, and ensuring a pleasant dining and drinking experience. You will work to create a welcoming atmosphere and handle various tasks efficiently. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, beer, and wine
• Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly and professional attitude.

Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Present menus, answer questions about food and beverages, and make recommendations based on guest preferences.

Maintain cleanliness and organization

• Check identification to ensure legal drinking age
• Handle cash transactions accurately
• Up sell drinks and food menu items to increase revenue
• Serve food and beverages to tables, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or special requests.
• Handle cash and credit transactions, providing accurate change and receipts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including setting and resetting tables.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure smooth service. Qualifications
• Previous experience in food service or hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
• Proficient in cash handling & multitasking
• Knowledge of basic math for calculating orders and handling payments
• Familiarity with food safety regulations
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with POS systems, particularly TOAST POS, is a plus
