This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in food service, hospitality, and guest relations within a vibrant restaurant environment. Responsibilities Deliver hot and cold food orders from the kitchen to designated tables efficiently and accurately. Ensure each dish is presented according to quality standards before serving. Assist with setting up tables, refilling water glasses, and clearing plates to support overall guest satisfaction. Collaborate closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to coordinate timely food delivery. Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas throughout shifts. Handle food safely by following proper handling procedures and sanitation standards. Support banquet or special event setups when required, ensuring all food items are prepared for timely service. Skills Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation standards. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and guests. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with food preparation, bussing, or kitchen operations is advantageous. Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude. Knowledge of hotel or banquet service experience enhances your ability to adapt to various settings. Understanding of culinary processes and guest services within hospitality environments.
