Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items with precision, adhering to food safety standards and recipes. Assist with meal planning and food presentation to ensure high-quality dishes are delivered consistently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and storage. Serve guests efficiently and courteously, taking orders, delivering food, and attending to their needs throughout their visit. Support catering events or special functions by preparing and presenting food with attention to detail. Follow all health regulations related to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and excellent customer service. Qualifications Previous experience in a culinary environment, such as dietary aide experience or restaurant work, is highly desirable. Strong knife skills, food preparation, and cooking abilities are essential for success in this role. Knowledge of dietary department procedures or fine dining standards is a plus. Ability to handle food safely and responsibly while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Excellent communication skills for serving guests effectively and working as part of a team. Experience with menu planning, catering, or food industry operations is advantageous. A passion for food service, culinary arts, and providing exceptional guest experiences.
