Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive seating assistance as needed Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently followed during food handling and service Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and providing personalized service Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and supporting kitchen staff when necessary to ensure smooth operations Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is key Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and basic math for cash handling and billing purposes Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a lively nightclub or fine dining setting Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus but not required; willingness to learn food preparation basics is appreciated Join us if you're passionate about creating memorable dining experiences!
