Server Wild Crab Boil - 1.0 Glendale Heights, IL Job Details Part-time | Full-time From $15 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Employee discount Qualifications Serving Customer communication Food service customer order management Numeracy Retail math Venue guest services Time management Full Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and professional Server. -40 hour work week. 5 hour/shift -Our hours are Sun-Thur 11am-9:30pm Fri-Sat 11am-10pm Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service Take accurate orders using POS systems Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards Bussing tables, resetting for new guests Respond to guest inquiries professionally Support host/host duties when required, including seating arrangements and reservations management Skills Experience with POS systems Strong customer service skills Ability to multitask efficiently Excellent time management skills Basic math skills for handling cash, processing payments Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and food handling Previous experience in food industry, or hospitality environments Strong communication skills
