Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and personalized service throughout their dining experience Present menus, recommend dishes and beverages, and upsell specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Serve food and drinks with professionalism, maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols Manage guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive dining experience Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in compliance with sanitation standards Utilize reservation systems like OpenTable to manage bookings efficiently and optimize seating arrangements Requirements Proven experience in fine dining service or upscale restaurant environments Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is a plus Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Ability to multitask effectively while managing time in a fast-paced setting Previous experience in food industry roles such as serving, hosting, bussing, or kitchen support is highly desirable Basic math skills for order accuracy and billing purposes Culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous but not required; a passion for food industry excellence is essential Join us to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering extraordinary guest experiences.
