We are seeking experienced fine dining servers who are polished, professional, and passionate about hospitality. This role requires a deep understanding of service etiquette, menu knowledge, and the ability to anticipate guest needs in a fast-paced, upscale environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2-3 years of fine dining serving experience (steakhouse experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and classic service standards
• Ability to deliver attentive, intuitive, and personalized service
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to remain composed under pressure during high-volume service

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional, detail-oriented table service from greeting to farewell

• Demonstrate full knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and pairings
• Execute proper steps of service including coursing, timing, and table maintenance
• Upsell food, wine, and spirits with confidence and authenticity
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar to ensure seamless guest experiences
