Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems, ensuring seamless communication between the front of house and kitchen staff Recommend menu items and upsell specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction from seating to departure Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties with basic math skills Assist with food handling, sanitation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations

Prior serving experience preferred (but not required) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must be reliable and punctual Weekend availability preferred

Pay:

$24.38 - $29.36 per hour
