In this role, you will be the friendly face in the lounge, creating memorable experiences for our guests by serving expertly crafted cocktails and providing top-notch customer service. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about hospitality, has a flair for hospitality and enjoys engaging with diverse guests in a lively lounge setting. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills while working in a dynamic environment. Duties Greet guests warmly and take beverage orders with enthusiasm and professionalism. Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beverages, and meals following established recipes and standards. Upsell menu items and drink specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the lounge area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Manage cash handling, billing, and cashiering responsibilities with accuracy. Collaborate with the bartenders to ensure efficient service to all guests dining in the lounge and lounge patio Assist with guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction. Support bartending operations during busy nights, including bussing tables and assisting with host/hostess duties when necessary. Keep track of inventory levels, report shortages, and assist in stock rotation to minimize waste. Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality, particularly in fine dining or nightclub environments, is highly preferred. Experience in serving, bartending, or guest services roles enhances your ability to succeed in this position. Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and basic math skills for cash handling are essential. Previous experience in a Fine Dining Restaurant setting Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables and drink orders efficiently during busy shifts.
