With a full a la carte dining room, multiple bars, banquet facilities, and frequent member events, we strive each day to deliver refined, warm, and professional hospitality. We are seeking talented, service-driven individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and can flex between dinner service and large banquet events with ease. Position Summary As a Server / Banquet Server, you will split your time between the main dining room / bar and banquet service. You should be comfortable working in a high-volume fine dining environment and rising to the pace and demands of banquet events (weddings, receptions, member functions). Flexibility, a positive attitude, strong beverage and food knowledge, and teamwork are essential. Key Responsibilities Dining Room / Bar Service Greet, seat, and attend to members and guests in the dining room and bar areas. Take food and beverage orders knowledgeably and accurately; upsell when appropriate. Maintain a working knowledge of menu items, daily specials, ingredients, and preparation times. Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timeliness and accuracy. Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to issues promptly and courteously. Perform opening, closing, and side-work duties (e.g. polishing glassware, restocking supplies, cleaning stations).
Banquet / Event
Service Attend pre-function or pre-shift meetings to review event orders and timelines (e.g. Catering Event Orders, Banquet Event Orders). Assist in setup of banquet rooms: linen, centerpieces, place settings, buffet or plated service stations, beverage stations. Serve food and beverage to guests in banquet settings, manage course timing and coordination with kitchen. Clear tables, remove linens, clean, reset for subsequent events, and break down service areas post-event. Support bar operations during events (man bar, satellite bars, portable bars) as needed.
General / Shared
Duties Adhere to all club policies, state and local alcohol service laws, and food safety / sanitation standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization in your assigned service areas, bars, and storage rooms. Assist teammates during peak periods (e.g. bussing, running food, restocking) when volume demands. Accurately process payments, charge to member accounts, manage tabs, and complete closing paperwork. Be flexible to work shifts that include nights, weekends, holidays, double shifts, etc. Qualifications & Skills Prior experience in a restaurant, upscale dining, or country club environment strongly preferred. Ability to multitask, handle a fast pace, and maintain composure under pressure (especially in banquet settings). Excellent interpersonal, communication, and sales skills. Ability to stand for long hours, carry trays, lift up to 30-40 lbs, bend, stoop, and walk the dining floor.

nights, weekends, holidays, holidays, and event shifts. Attention to detail, professional appearance, and commitment to high standards. Team player mentality, with a willingness to help across roles.
