Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring efficient communication with kitchen staff Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation Manage cash handling, process payments accurately, and operate cashiering systems including OpenTable for reservations Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure a pristine environment Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles is preferred, especially within fine dining or nightclub settings Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries professionally and courteously Culinary experience or background in food handling enhances your ability to assist in food prep and sanitation tasks Demonstrated time management skills to efficiently serve multiple tables during busy hours Experience with OpenTable reservations system and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation protocols, and basic math for cash handling ensures smooth operations Embark on a rewarding journey where your passion for hospitality meets energetic service!
