The mission of the Club is to provide a premier private golf and social experience for its members, their families and guests, by offering high-quality services and facilities in a fiscally responsible manner. Originally designed by Arnold Palmer, the Club offers 27 holes of golf that are set on approximately 163 acres in an upscale residential community. The three nine-hole courses are challenging and impeccable, allowing White Eagle to build a rich history of hosting prestigious golf tournaments. Job Summary We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Food Runner/Busser to support our formal dining room service team. In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering a seamless, elevated dining experience by ensuring timely food service, maintaining a pristine environment, and anticipating the needs of members and guests. The ideal candidate takes pride in presentation, works with urgency, and thrives in a refined, team-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities Support Service Flow:

Deliver food promptly and accurately from the kitchen to tables, ensuring proper presentation and table placement

Maintain Dining Standards:

Clear and reset tables efficiently while upholding the club's high standards for cleanliness and organization Attention to

Detail:

Assist in ensuring table settings, glassware, and service areas meet formal dining expectations at all times

Member Experience:

Remain attentive and responsive to member needs, supporting servers in providing polished, unobtrusive service

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to maintain smooth, coordinated service

Dining Room Readiness:

Restock service stations, polish glassware, and maintain a clean, organized workspace throughout service Requirements & Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or club setting preferred Professional, polished demeanor with strong attention to detail Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, structured dining environment Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and sense of urgency Dependable and consistent attendance Ability to stay on your feet for extended periods and move quickly throughout the dining room

Pay:
