The ideal candidate will have a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly. Operate Toast POS systems for order processing and cash handling. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and providing change. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during events or banquets. Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and promotional offerings to enhance sales opportunities. Qualifications Previous Serving experience is preferred but not necessary. Familiarity with Toast systems is a plus. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
