Responsibilities Provide friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service to all guests Greet guests promptly and guide them through the menu, cocktails, and specials Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders Maintain table appearance throughout the meal (clearing, resetting, refilling) Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues professionally Collaborate with bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service Handle cash and POS transactions accurately Follow all food safety, alcohol service, and sanitation standards Uphold The Barrel Club's service standards and brand values Qualifications Previous serving experience preferred (but we are willing to train the right candidate) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Knowledge or interest in food, cocktails, wine, or whiskey is a plus Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs Must meet local age requirements for alcohol service Schedule & Availability Evening and weekend availability required Flexible scheduling available Busy, high-volume shifts—especially weekends Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly wage plus tips Employee meal discounts Supportive management and team-oriented culture Opportunities for growth and advancement
