Our team is the heart of our success, and we're looking for motivated and energetic Servers to join the Paisans family. As a Server at Paisans, you'll be the face of the restaurant providing outstanding service, creating memorable experiences, and making every guest feel like family. You'll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where great food and genuine hospitality come together.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently Provide menu knowledge and upsell specials and promotions Deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure accuracy Check in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction Handle payments, cash, and POS transactions responsibly Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas Work as a team player with fellow staff and management Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:

Prior serving experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork mentality Must be at least 21 years old
