The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food and beverage offerings. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring that all food safety and sanitation standards are met. Duties Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated. Take accurate food and drink orders using the Aloha or Micros POS systems. Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, to enhance the guest experience. Upsell food and beverage items to maximize sales opportunities. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests. Adhere to all food safety regulations and sanitation protocols during food handling and preparation. Assist with cash handling procedures, including processing payments accurately. Qualifications Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred, with fine dining experience being a plus. Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar systems is advantageous. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices in the kitchen environment. Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is beneficial. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant's schedule.
