The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and a keen understanding of food and beverage service in a fast-paced environment. As a front of house team member, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing exceptional service. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Maintain a clean and organized area, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition. Engage with guests to provide recommendations and ensure satisfaction with their food and beverage choices. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders. Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines at all times. Ability to read kitchen orders and serve guests meals. Skills Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing and cash handling. Experience in fast paced restaurant environment preferred, with knowledge of beverage service. Understanding of food safety practices relevant to the food industry. Ability to perform retail math calculations for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
