We're hiring two part-time (or one full-time) dish washers, 2-4 shifts per week, nights and weekends with the occasional day or night shift available to pick up/do extra cleanup. We are looking to make a long-term hire with the right candidate(s). Great attitude and self-motivated work ethic are the key traits we are looking for -- we can teach you the rest. While not as visible as some other jobs, dish is one of the most important jobs in the restaurant. Dish room is the hub of the kitchen, keeping things clean, providing cooks with the cookware and plates they need to execute great food, and handling any spills or other cleanup jobs in the front of house. This is a active job, and you must be able to work 6+ hour shifts on your feet, lift 40+ lbs repeatedly, and work independently. Dishwashers ensure the general cleanliness of the restaurant, ensuring sanitary dishware & silverware, cleaning work stations, restrooms, removing waste to the garbage bin, among other jobs. Current shift times are 1030am-330pm / 3:30pm-11pm on weekends (3:30-10 on weekdays). Must have reliable transportation. Our employees get 1/2 off food purchased after their shift, paid time off, and cash bonuses for exceptional work.
