About Us Chubby Cattle BBQ is a modern all-you-can-eat Japanese BBQ restaurant dedicated to delivering premium food and unforgettable hospitality. We're seeking enthusiastic, personable, and hardworking Servers who are passionate about creating exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Job Summary As a Server, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding guest service from the moment guests are seated until they leave. You'll guide guests through our interactive Japanese BBQ experience, recommend menu items, maintain a clean dining area, and work closely with your teammates to deliver an exceptional dining experience. We're looking for individuals who are energetic, dependable, and enjoy working in a high-volume restaurant. Responsibilities Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude. Explain our Japanese BBQ dining experience. Take accurate food and beverage orders. Make menu recommendations and answer guest questions. Deliver food and beverages promptly. Monitor tables and anticipate guest needs throughout the meal. Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned tables and service stations. Process guest payments accurately. Complete opening, closing, and side work assignments. Work closely with hosts, bartenders, server assistants, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations. Uphold company standards for hospitality, cleanliness, and professionalism. Qualifications Previous serving experience is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
