Responsibilities Efficiently relay dishes from the kitchen to servers and guests, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including plating and garnishing to uphold quality standards. Manage food handling procedures in compliance with food safety regulations to maintain cleanliness and hygiene. Support the serving team by bussing tables, refilling beverages, and maintaining a clean dining area. Ability to read ticket and KDS on the line Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to coordinate timing of dishes for smooth service flow. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure guest needs are met promptly and professionally. Ability to communicate with guests and help ensure the guest receive the best service Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key! Familiarity with food handling, safety protocols, and basic culinary practices is advantageous. Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude are essential for delivering exceptional guest service. Prior exposure to kitchen operations or culinary environments helps in understanding food preparation and timing.
