Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, providing detailed descriptions of dishes and specials Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special dietary needs are accommodated with attention to detail Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining a lively, positive attitude that enhances the guest experience Assist in food preparation and plating when needed, supporting kitchen staff with meal assembly and presentation Uphold food safety standards by handling all items with care, maintaining cleanliness, and following proper hygiene protocols Collaborate with kitchen and dietary departments to ensure timely delivery of orders and guest satisfaction Clear tables promptly and assist with side duties such as restocking supplies or setting up dining areas for upcoming guests Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or culinary environments is highly desirable but not mandatory. Knowledge of dietary department practices and dietary aide experience is a plus but also not mandatory.
